On Sunday 20th August 2023 myself, my partner Michael, my mum Laura and my 2 year old daughter took a trip to Gulliver’s Valley. Gulliver’s is located in Rotherham which took us 1 hr 30 mins to get to from Middlesbrough.
We took advantage of an offer from Iceland which was if you spent £30 on shopping in-store, you would receive a half price discount code to use at Gulliver’s. Tickets for the 4 of us cost £36 which worked out at just £9 a ticket which was amazing and was value for money. We didn’t spend anything on Food as we took a picnic with us and we were surprised at how many picnic spots were available with seating available in each area of the park.
My daughter Georgie was able to go on the majority of rides either on her own or accompanied by an adult. There was rides we could all enjoy as a family too which was a bonus. We have asked Georgie what her favourite ride was during our day out and she can’t decide she keeps changing her mind, I think my personal favourite was the pirate ship or the caterpillar.
However if you would love some downtime from the rides there is a mini farm on site too.Georgie loved feeding the goats with the animal feed that is available to buy for £1 a back when you first arrive at the resort. There were other animals to feed such as Horses and sheep.
We loved Gulliver’s as all of the rides are aimed at families with children aged 2 to 13 which as I have mentioned earlier Georgie could go on the majority of the rides, where as we have visited other theme Parks previously and she wasn’t able to get on a awful lot of rides.
Since returning we have recommended Gulliver’s to a lot of our friends who have children of similar ages to Georgie. We would love to visit again but take advantage of one of the many overnight stay options Gulliver’s offer.
Here are some photos and videos I managed to take throughout the day of us enjoying our time at Gulliver’s.

We will see you soon Gulliver’s for another visit.
